EYE OF N9NE MINISTRY is a 508(c)(1)(A) religious nonprofit organization based in Kansas City, Missouri. We are committed to transforming justice-involved lives through faith-based healing, ethical reentry services, and evidence-informed behavior change models.

MARS Program: Missouri’s Next Regional Model

The Mindfulness Acceptance Relief Structure (M.A.R.S.) Program was developed to strategically lower recidivism while advancing ethical behavior, family restoration, and emotional intelligence. Like the Kansas AIR Program and Oklahoma’s Last Mile Program, M.A.R.S. is founded on cognitive restructuring and community reintegration. But unlike traditional models, M.A.R.S. combines scriptural values, NLP, and mobile delivery—positioning Kansas City as a rising leader in faith-based criminal justice innovation.

Our Mission

To deliver spiritually grounded programs that foster personal transformation, ethical behavior, and community leadership—especially for populations impacted by incarceration, trauma, and systemic marginalization.

Our Core Programs

  • M.A.R.S. Program – A 12-week, trauma-informed, spiritually guided curriculum leveraging NLP, self-reflection tools, and mobile app integration.
  • Spiritual Life Coaching – One-on-one mentorship rooted in divine purpose and accountability.
  • Healing Circles & Workshops – Facilitated peer gatherings to promote emotional release and conscious transformation.
  • Reentry & Resilience Services – Holistic resources to support successful reintegration and sustainable lifestyle change.
